For all our tests you’ll need a sample collection kit to be delivered to your home so that you can collect and return your sample to us for analysis.

In summary:

• Postal kit orders can only be shipped to an address within the United Kingdom.
• Our working days are Monday to Friday.

Additional info regarding our postal service:

All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be posted out same day (excluding Public & Bank Holidays). For example, a postal kit ordered before 1pm on a Friday will not arrive until the following Monday.

Our postal kits are despatched using Royal Mail’s tracked postage services. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 24 hours^* of dispatch (Monday to Friday), however this cannot be guaranteed.
